Return Policy Conditions

Eligibility for Returns:

Return items within 30 days from the date of delivery, and ensure the following.
Items must not be used, and they must have their original tags and packing.
Members of customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refund process:

Refund amounts are processed within 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned products.
The amount would be credited back to your original method of payment for the returns.

Shipping Charges of Returns:

For returns due to any fault on our part, you would not have to pay for return shipping, i.e., wrong items sent or something similar.
On all other counts, the transport cost of returns would be on the customer.
