Privacy Policy – Ayesha Mukri Designs

For local order delivery within the UAE, we offer free delivery while for international orders the delivery fee is AED 200. Once your order has left our store, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you about your shipment and the assigned number of your package. All Our Products are shipped from Dubai – U.A.E. to the country of your choice in the world. We will deliver your package to the given address within 2 to 7 business days based on your shipment selections.

Returns/ Refunds/ Cancellations

In case you are not content with the product that you have received, we are willing to exchange the product with one of your choosing but all of these caveats have to be met; the product must not have been washed, altered in any way and should be returned in its package.
This exchange will not be accepted on the item that has been damaged or torn in any way, used, or stained.
Should you discover any damage upon receiving your package – We kindly request that you inform us by – order at https://ayeshamukridesigns.com/.
The information concerning the damage or returns must be communicated to us not later than 48 hours (2 days) after receipt of the product.
Our exchange policy is 7 days (1 week) and any returns we send after 7 days will not be accepted.
Ending/ Clearance products are final, they are not for return, refund, or exchange.
For any custom-size orders, Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted.
You should request the proof of return shipment, The shipment should be trackable. Hence we don’t take any responsibility if any package is lost on its way or even damaged in transit. Transportation costs for return shipments are paid and this becomes a cost to the customer. That means, that once our Quality Control team is through with your returned product, you will receive an email informing you that the return has been approved.

Cancellation

Every great plan can transform, at Ayesha Mukri Designs, we completely understand this factor. Nevertheless, you can cancel your order within not more than 24 hours of your order by using the contact details provided for contact in our policies. Any cancellations up to this period are without charge. However, if a cancellation is requested after 24 hours’ notice of late cancellation, there will be an extra charge of AED 200 as a processing fee.

Regarding the orders with prepaid payments, the refunding is expected to take 7-10 business days to the initial payment type; for orders with cash on delivery, the refunding will be done in the store credit or another agreed method. It should be noted that any cancellations made cannot be allowed whenever the order has been sent out for shipment. In such cases, you may use our Returns and Refund Policy to get the necessary support.
